2022 40 Under 40 Winners

Halie created and implemented the Natchitoches Regional Medical Center Foundation’s first Associate Giving Campaign, achieving a 25% participation rate and raising over $60,000 in its inaugural year.

Halie created the Foundation’s corporate partners program, growing it to 30 committed organizations and over $145,000 in support in 2022.

She is furthering her professional development by working toward a master’s degree in nonprofit administration, and in 2021, Halie completed the Fundamentals of Resource Development course through the AHP Virtual Institute.

I have worked for the Foundation for three years. The opportunity to serve my community in this capacity was exciting. I enjoy seeing the impact we are making on healthcare in our community. I was previously working for a nonprofit and switching to healthcare presented a new opportunity to learn and a challenge. 

Healthcare is a growing industry and impacts everyone. Serving in this capacity is rewarding, knowing my efforts will improve lives makes getting up and going to work every day enjoyable.

Being appointed as the Development Director. This showed me that my organization trust the work I do and that I am making a difference. Having this affirmation was inspiring and motivates me to do more.

I am passionate about people. Ensuring people are happy and well drives me to succeed. My three children are the joy of my life.
