Although America was built on a tradition of diversity, at times our organizations still adhere to the one-size-fits-all mentality and practices. This session is based on Lilya Wagner's recently-published book, Diversity and Philanthropy: Expanding the Circle of Giving. This session presents practices and information that promote inclusivity, develop understanding, and support practices that foster the common good in fundraising and philanthropy. Practical examples and suggestions are included.
