AHP 2020 Salary Report for U.S.

These reports are based on surveys of fundraising professionals in the health care environment and using job descriptions developed by AHP, respondents were asked to describe individual and institutional characteristics and their current salaries and benefits. AHP explored employee perceptions around professional challenges and satisfaction with the field of health care development. These reports also provide detailed salary information based on institution type, gender, years of experience, geography and more. These surveys are conducted every two years.
